- You will be consulted on your requirements and our advisor will assess the suitability of a stairlift and will be able to make recommendations based on the assessment then give you a written quotation.

- Your stairlift is then manufactured in line with your specification and is of course constructed to all the current quality, health and safety standards.

- Our engineers will arrive on a predetermined day to suit you and will install your stairlift with the minimum amount of upheaval to you.

- The installation process is normally very straightforward and once completed the engineers will fully brief you on the workings of the lift. They will then leave you to enjoy the versatility and pleasure of your British Stairways lift.
